The Mentor is there to be neutral. They aren’t a buddy or loved one who may have a stake with your steps; a coach received’t benefit or are afflicted by whatsoever you need to do. That’s a fantastic point. It means They may be there solely for you personally with Successfully Submitted (Awaiting Approval)
